Push Your Limits: Make an Impact Through RDA Challenge Events
Ready to take on a challenge for a cause that truly matters? Whether it’s a half marathon, a 5K or 10K walk, run, or push, or even a personal challenge like a swim or charity ride, there’s something for everyone!
29th – 30th August 2026. Beginning in the town of Llanberis, in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, this spectacular challenge will see you and fellow fundraisers trekking to the top of Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa)….at night! You will be fully supported all the way by our experienced Mountain Leaders and then celebrate at the finish line with a celebration breakfast. This night time challenge will test your physical and mental limits but your efforts will be rewarded by knowing that all your hard work is going towards raising money for RDA.

5th – 6th September 2026. The South Downs National Park is a superb backdrop for 2000 adventurers to take on a real challenge. An Eastbourne start, up Beachy Head, the magnificent Seven Sisters, and along the South Downs Way, with stunning views over the sea, to a Brighton half-way. Devil’s Dyke, and a few ups & downs lie ahead before historic Arundel comes into view after an amazing 100 km journey. You’ll get full support & hospitality all the way, optional bus transfers– and with half & quarter distance options available – there’s a South Coast Ultra Challenge for everyone!

The ultimate obstacle course challenge now has 12+ obstacles over a 5 Kilometre run.
With no competition and no timing, it’s just you, your teammates and muddy strangers working together to conquer the course and earn the world-famous orange headband.

15th August 2026. Fly solo or get your family & friends together for one of three super-fun & flexible tri distances! There are three super distances to choose from & many super ways to take part in these super-fun & flexible tri challenges. You can fly solo & take on all three stages (a swim, cycle & push/run for any tri newbies out there), share the fun in a team relay, or Superheroes can recruit Sidekick teammates to tow, push & pull them around the entire course!
