Complaints or concerns
We always aim for your experience with RDA to be a positive one. However, if this is not the case, it is important that concerns are shared.
Where possible, we encourage individuals to resolve any disagreements directly between those involved. If this cannot be achieved, concerns about your experience with a local RDA Group should, in the first instance, be raised with the Group Chair. If the issue remains unresolved, or if the complaint relates to the Group Chair, it should be escalated to the County or Regional Chair.
You can view the RDA Complaints Procedure HERE for raising a complaint about a group.
If your concerns is regarding the actions or behaviour of any RDA UK volunteer, member of RDA UK staff, or RDA UK Trustee (Board Member), the Complaints Procedure can be viewed HERE.
