Self-Employed Casual Worker. Home-based with regional travel
Rates of Pay:
- £250 per full training day
- £150 per half training day
- Travel over 100 miles paid at 55p per mile
Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA UK) is looking for experienced equestrian professionals to join our team of Approved Centre Trainers.
This rewarding role involves delivering training and support to commercial equestrian centres, helping them develop the knowledge, confidence and skills to provide inclusive opportunities for disabled participants.
We’re looking for people who:
- Have experience within the commercial equestrian sector.
- Hold an RDA Advanced Coach or similar/equivalent qualification
- Have experience coaching and/or supporting disabled riders.
- Are confident delivering training to groups and individuals.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Can work independently and travel within an agreed area.
This is a flexible, self-employed opportunity to use your equestrian expertise to make a real difference to accessibility and inclusion within the equestrian industry.
The role is subject to a signed Terms and Conditions of Services document which outlines the specific terms between RDA UK (The Client) and you (The Supplier) and contains clauses as providing invoices for payment, managing your own Tax affairs and providing suitable insurance cover for any external suppliers to RDA UK.
